研究目的：

通过多中心、横断面调查，了解乳腺癌患者辅助化疗期间心身症状、中医证素、肿瘤患者心理韧性、社会支持现状，为提升乳腺癌患者临床“净获益”提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A multicenter, cross-sectional survey was conducted to understand the current status of psychosomatic symptoms, Chinese medicine evidence, psychological resilience of oncology patients, and social support during adjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients, in order to provide a basis for enhancing the clinical benefit of breast cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）女性，年龄于18-75岁； （2）有明确病理诊断的乳腺癌患者，根据CSCO指南规范行辅助化疗方案，化疗2-4个周期后疗效评价疾病稳定以上进入维持阶段患者； （3）具有一定的理解表达能力，自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female, aged 18-75 years; (2) Breast cancer patients with a clear pathological diagnosis, who have been treated with adjuvant chemotherapy according to the CSCO guidelines, and who have entered the maintenance phase after 2-4 cycles of chemotherapy with stable disease evaluation; (3) Have some ability to understand and express themselves, participate in this study voluntarily, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）严重失语、失认、失聪而无法沟通； （2）患有不易控制的精神病史者，合并器质性精神障碍； （3）继发于其他精神疾病或躯体疾病的焦虑发作； （4）近1月经心理干预治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Inability to communicate due to severe aphasia, dysphasia, or deafness; (2) Persons with a history of psychiatric disorders not easily controlled, combined with organic mental disorders; (3) Anxiety attacks secondary to other psychiatric or somatic disorders; (4) Psychological interventions in the last 1 month.
