探讨透析期间按照标准化饮食给予透析患者进食对透析后疲乏程度的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Effect of Standardized Diet on Postdialysis Fatigue in Dialysis Patients during Dialysis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁；
2.血流动力学稳定 无治疗期间进食相关禁忌症；
3.血液透析超过1年且每周3次每次透析3-4小时；
4.在透析期间禁食或进食少许零食；
5.无吞咽困难；
6.意识清楚；
7.沟通阅读无障碍；
8.自愿参与本研究签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-80 years old;
2.Hemodynamic stability without contraindications related to eating during treatment;
3.Hemodialysis for more than 1 year and 3 times a week, with each dialysis lasting 3-4 hours.
4.Fasting or consuming small snacks during dialysis;
5.No swallowing difficulties;
6.clear consciousness;
7.Accessibility to communication and reading;
8.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.有肾移植意愿随时退出本研究的患者；
2.急诊或住院透析患者；
3.有严重并发症；
4.焦虑、抑郁较严重的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are willing to withdraw from this study at any time for kidney transplantation;
2.Emergency or inpatient dialysis patients;
3.Serious complications;
4.Patients with severe anxiety and depression.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.试验开始前进行基线调查，记录两组患者的基本情况。 2.随机分组后进行试验干预，应用试验过程记录表记录每次透析期间患者的血压、心率及发生的低血糖、窒息等不良事件。 3.试验结束后再次进行调查，记录患者的营养状况及透析后疲乏状况。 4.试验前及试验后的调查数据由课题负责人负责调查、保存、并录入，由组内的数据监管人员对数据进行核查。 5.试验过程中的数据由透析室人员进行记录，并由课题组员对数据的完整性和真实性监管。由课题负责人保存及录入，由组内的数据监管人员对数据进行核查。
