Objectives of Study：

To explore the immediate effects and the permanent effects of Kinesio Taping on the movement of the hyolaryngeal excursion during swallowing by stroke patients with dysphagia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合脑血管病的诊断标准并存在吞咽障碍者；
2.一般情况及病情允许到放射科进行检查；
3.经患者或家属同意接受吞咽造影检查；
4.经VFSS检查确认为咽期吞咽障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease and have swallowing disorders;
2.Allowed to be examined at the radiology department;
3.Patient or family member agrees to VFSS;
4.VFSS examination confirmed dysphagia in the pharyngeal phase.

排除标准：

1.患者病情危重；
2.有重要脏器功能衰竭；
3.有严重认知障碍或感觉性失语并不能配合检查者；
4.严重过敏体质患者；
5.非脑卒中所致的神经源性吞咽障碍或非神经源性吞咽障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.With critical illness;
2.With important organ function damage
3.With serious mental abnormality or Sensory aphasia that unable to cooperate with the relevant treatment and assessment;
4.With severe allergies;
5.Dysphagia caused by etiologies other than stroke.
