Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to analyze the prognosis of primary liver cancer by TCM whole-course management mode.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2020.9.1-2022.12.31就诊于广州中医药大学第一附属医院中医肿瘤门诊的患者； 2.年龄在18-85岁之间； 3.符合原发性肝癌临床诊断或病理诊断； 4.接受过至少1次的中西医综合治疗（中医治疗包含中药汤剂、中成药，西医治疗包含全身/局部抗肿瘤治疗及支持治疗）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who visited the tumor Clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022; 2. Between the ages of 18 and 85; 3. Suitable for clinical or pathological diagnosis of primary liver cancer; 4. Have received at least one comprehensive treatment of Chinese and Western medicine (TCM treatment includes TCM decoction and proprietary Chinese medicine, Western treatment includes systemic/local anti-tumor treatment and supportive treatment).

排除标准：

1.肝癌巴塞罗那分期（BCLC分期）为D期者； 2.合并严重或不能控制的全身性疾病，如严重的精神、神经疾病，痴呆、癫痫，不稳定或不能代偿的呼吸系统、心脑血管、肾脏系统疾病； 3.近5年被诊断为另外一种恶性肿瘤（不包括已治愈的恶性肿瘤）； 4.诊断资料、治疗资料不明确者； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 6.病历资料明确记录为依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Barcelona stage of liver cancer (BCLC stage) is D; 2. Combined with serious or uncontrollable systemic diseases, such as serious mental and neurological diseases, dementia, epilepsy, unstable or uncompensable respiratory, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, kidney system diseases; 3. Have been diagnosed with another malignant tumor within the last 5 years (excluding cured malignant tumors); 4. Patients with unclear diagnosis and treatment data; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. The medical records were clearly recorded as patients with poor compliance.
