研究目的：

收集志愿者非刺激性混合唾液用于获得性膜的制取，所制备的获得性膜用于实验室细菌培养。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect nonirritating mixed saliva from volunteers for the preparation of acquired membranes, which are used for laboratory bacterial culture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.健康状况良好、不吸烟、无龋病及牙周病、6个月口腔局部或全身未使用过抗生素及漱口液等其他口腔保健品。 2.患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have a good health condition, do not smoke, have no caries or periodontal disease, and have not used antibiotics or mouthwash or other oral health products locally or throughout the body for 6 months. 2. Informed consent of the patient.

排除标准：

1.口腔卫生条件差的患者。 2.患干燥综合征或唾液腺退化等其他原因导致唾液分泌减少的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with poor oral hygiene conditions. 2. Patients with Sjogren's syndrome or other reasons such as salivary gland degeneration leading to reduced salivary secretion.
