研究目的：

制定完善的山楂喷雾剂干预方案，验证其对MHD口渴患者口渴程度、唾液分泌量、透析间期体重增长的临床疗效，为MHD患者的治疗和护理做一些新的探索和尝试。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a perfect Hawthorn Spray intervention program to verify its clinical efficacy on thirst, saliva secretion and weight gain during dialysis in MHD patients with thirst, and to make some new explorations and attempts for the treatment and nursing of MHD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>18岁； 2.长期定期血液透析治疗的患者； 3.口渴程度数字评分>3分； 4.意识清楚、病情稳定、能够交流的患者； 5.知情同意并自愿接受干预。

Inclusion criteria

1.age > 18 years old ; 2.patients with long-term regular hemodialysis treatment ; 3.digital score of thirst degree > 3 points ; 4.patients with clear consciousness, stable condition and communication ability ; 5.Informed consent and voluntary intervention.

排除标准：

1.不能耐受山楂的患者； 2.既往史有口腔干燥症的患者； 3.糖尿病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients who could not tolerate hawthorn ; 2.patients with previous history of oral dryness ; 3.patients with diabetes.
