研究目的：

探索槲皮素治疗精神分裂症认知障碍的疗效以及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the efficacy as well as safety of quercetin in the treatment of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

给予对照组安慰剂治疗，给予实验组每日槲皮素1000mg/天干预治疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Placebo treatment was given to the control group and daily quercetin 1000 mg/day intervention was given to the experimental group. 

纳入标准：

诊断符合《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》第11版（ICD-11）中精神分裂症的诊断标准； 病情处于缓解期； 年龄18-60岁； 文化程度为小学及以上（受教育年限≥5年）； 患者及家属了解本研究的目的且同意参加且患者和患者家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 11th edition (ICD-11); The condition is in remission; Age 18-60 years old; Educational level of primary school and above (≥5 years of education); The patient and their family members understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate, and the patient and their family members sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

符合ICD-11其他精神疾病诊断标准，如抑郁障碍、双相情感障碍等； 明确诊断中枢神经系统疾病，如脑卒中、颅脑外伤、帕金森病、癫痫等； 妊娠或者哺乳期女性；各种严重躯体疾病、如肝肾疾病、心血管疾病、视听觉异常等； 未获得本人或监护人知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

Fulfilment of ICD-11 diagnostic criteria for other psychiatric disorders, e.g., depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, etc; Definite diagnosis of central nervous system diseases, such as stroke, craniocerebral trauma, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc; Pregnant or breastfeeding women; all kinds of serious physical diseases, such as liver and kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, visual and auditory abnormalities; Those who have not obtained informed consent from themselves or their guardians.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）病例报告表病例报告表的记录要求：为保证数据的完整性、准确性、真实性，研究者必须在每个访视点按时填写病例报告表，及时完成数据记录；病例报告表如须做任何修改时只能划线，并将相应修改后数据填在附近空白区域，并亲笔签名和写明日期，不得随意涂改或覆盖原始数据。（2）电子采集管理系统：各相关性指标结果应用EpiData 3.02软件录入电脑，建立Excel数据库

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) Case report form: In order to ensure the completeness, accuracy and authenticity of the data, the researcher must fill in the case report form on time at each visit point and complete the data recording in time; the case report form can only be crossed out if any modification is required, and the corresponding modified data will be filled in the nearby blank area with a handwritten signature and date, and the original data shall not be altered or covered at will. (2) Electronic collection and management system: the results of each correlation index should be entered into the computer using EpiData 3.02 software, and an Excel database should be established.
