研究目的：

在婴儿中（年龄<1岁）超声引导的成功率较低。研究者发现在穿刺点使用1%利多卡因溶液注射形成皮丘，可以增强穿刺针尖的显影进而提高成功率。为验证此方法的有效性和安全性而设计此研究。  

Objectives of Study：

The success rate of ultrasound-guided radial arterial catheterization is low in infants (age less than 1 year-old). We found that creating skin wheal with 1% lidocaine solution at the puncture site could improve the visulization the the needle-tip and thus the success rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄<1岁，大手术需行桡动脉穿刺置管，Allen试验阴性（同时压迫尺动脉和桡动脉，手掌变白后松开尺动脉，手掌颜色10秒之内迅速变红或恢复正常，表明尺动脉和桡动脉存在良好的侧支循环，即Allen试验阴性，可以经桡动脉进行穿刺），取得其监护人的知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age less than 1 year old, major surgery requiring radial arterial catheterization, Allen test normal (Simultaneously compressing the ulnar and radial arteries, releasing the ulnar artery after the palm turns white, and the color of the palm quickly turns red or returns to normal within 10 seconds, indicating the existence of good collateral circulation between the ulnar and radial arteries. Allen's test is negative, and puncture can be performed through the radial artery), approved by the guardian with the written informed consent.

排除标准：

21三体综合征，尺动脉畸形，1个月内桡动脉穿刺史，穿刺部位感染或外伤。

Exclusion criteria：

trisomy 21 syndrome, ulnar artery malformation, history of radial arterial catheterization within a month, infection of wound at the puncture site
