研究目的：

1.探讨接受内镜下胃减容术治疗的肥胖症患者术中、术后短期、长期并发症的发生情况； 2.探讨内镜下胃减容术对肥胖症患者胃容积、肥胖相关临床指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the occurrence of short-term and long-term complications in patients with obesity treated with endoscopic gadtric volume reduction; 2. To evaluate the effect of endoscopic gastric volume reduction on gastric volume and obesity-related clinical indicators in obese patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① BMI ≥33kg /m2 或虽BMI<33kg /m2但存在退行性关节病、高血压、高脂血症、冠心病、胰岛素抵抗性糖尿病、睡眠呼吸暂停、肥胖相关性肺型高血压等肥胖相关并发症；
②经过正规内科治疗失败者。

Inclusion criteria

1.BMI ≥33kg /m2 or BMI<33kg /m2, but with obesity-related complications such as degenerative joint disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, insulin resistant diabetes, sleep apnea, obesity-related pulmonary hypertension, etc.
2.responded poorly to conservative treatment.

排除标准：

无法耐受手术和麻醉者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who cannot tolerate surgery and general anesthesia.
