(1) Compare the difference in vaccine uptake rates between the relay planting group, subsidy group, and video health education group. (2) Compare the differences in vaccine hesitancy and vaccine confidence between the relay planting group, subsidy group, and video health education group. (3) Analyze the cost-effectiveness of different intervention measures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①青少年女性（WHO定义10-18岁）；②无HPV疫苗接种史；③既往无严重的、危及生命的疫苗过敏症。

Inclusion criteria

① Adolescent females (defined by WHO as aged 10-18 years); ② No history of HPV vaccination; ③ No history of severe, life-threatening vaccine allergies.

排除标准：

①患有经临床医生诊断不宜接种疫苗的其他疾病；②自己（满18周岁）或法定监护人（未满18周岁）无法签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

① Other diseases diagnosed by a clinical doctor as unsuitable for vaccination; ② Unable to sign an informed consent form themselves (if over 18 years old) or by a legal guardian (if under 18 years old)

盲法：

行为干预研究中，由于干预者和参与者均知道所采取的干预方法，因此不能全程采用盲法，但我们在重要的实施步骤中尽可能多地采用盲法以减少偏倚：1) 由专门的研究人员生成随机分组，但不知道具体的学校顺序，学校招募的联络人和现场工作人员均不知道学校分组序列；2)直到现场执行前，现场参与者和现场工作人员才知道分配的干预措施；3)学校现场协调员，疫苗接种人员以及结局评估员都不知道参与者所接受的干预；

Blinding：

In behavioral intervention studies, blinding cannot be fully implemented because both the interveners and participants are aware of the intervention methods. However, we adopt blinding as much as possible in key implementation steps to reduce bias: 1.Random group allocation is performed by specialized researchers who are unaware of the specific school order. Contact persons for school recruitment and on-site staff are also unaware of the school group sequence. 2.On-site participants and staff are informed of the assigned intervention measures only just before on-site execution. 3.School coordinators, vaccine administrators, and outcome assessors are unaware of the interventions received by participants throughout the study
