研究目的：

识别导致心肌功能障碍的因素对于更好地了解病理生理学并帮助制定预防代谢综合征相关心力衰竭的治疗策略至关重要，本研究旨在评估无任何已知心血管疾病病史的患有代谢综合征或其组成成分的患者血清尿酸水平对右心功能有何影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Identifying factors that contribute to myocardial dysfunction is critical to better understand the pathophysiology and help develop therapeutic strategies to prevent metabolic syndrome related heart failure. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the impact of serum uric acid levels on right ventricular function in patients with metabolic syndrome or its components without any known history of cardiovascular disease.

纳入标准：

患有以下一种或一种以上疾病的患者： 1.腹部型肥胖 2.高血压 3.高血糖 4.高血脂

Inclusion criteria

Patients with one or more of the following conditions: 1.Abdominal obesity 2.Hypertension 3.Hyperglycemia 4.Hyperlipidemia

排除标准：

1.冠状动脉疾病 2.心力衰竭 3.心房颤动 4.既往脑血管损伤 5.先天性心脏病 6.中度至重度瓣膜性心脏 7.其他慢性疾病，如肺动脉高压、阻塞性肺疾病、肝硬化、肿瘤疾病和肾衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Coronary artery disease 2.Heart failure 3.Atrial ?brillation 4.Previous cerebrovascular insult 5.Congenital heart disease 6.Moderate or severe valvular heart disease 7.Other chronic diseases, such as pulmonary hypertension, obstructive pulmonary disease, cirrhosis of the liver, neoplastic disease and kidney failure.
