研究目的：

探索硫酸镁对胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者全身麻醉苏醒期躁动和术后恢复质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the ffect of magnesium sulphate infusion on emergence agitation in patients undergoing video- assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy with general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期全麻下行胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者；2.年龄 18-65岁；3.ASA分级 Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；4.BMI 18-30 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy with general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification grade I - III; 4.BMI 18-30 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1.精神病史或认知功能障碍；2.心动过缓、房室传导阻滞；3.术前电解质紊乱； 4.神经肌肉系统疾病；5.严重心脑血管、肝、肺、肾疾病（BUN>7.5mmol/L；Scr>110μmol/L）；6.使用硫酸多黏菌素B、硫酸链霉素、葡萄糖酸钙、盐酸多巴酚丁胺、盐酸普鲁卡因、青霉素和萘夫西林（乙氧萘青霉素）抗生素；7.药物滥用史；8.对本研究涉及的药物过敏；9.已参与其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 2. Bradycardia and atrioventricular block; 3. preoperative electrolyte disorder; 4. Neuromuscular system diseases; 5. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, lung and kidney diseases (BUN > 7.5 mmol/L; Scr>110μmol/L); 6. Use polymyxin B sulfate, streptomycin sulfate, calcium gluconate, dobutamine hydrochloride, procaine hydrochloride, penicillin and naftoxacillin (ethoxy) antibiotics; 7. History of drug abuse; 8. Allergy to the drugs involved in this study; 9. Have participated in other clinical studies.
