研究目的：

1，本研究采用中药加针灸的纯中医疗法与呼吸科临床治疗作对照。 2，分析新冠病毒感染后慢性咳嗽的临床辨证分型。 3，分析中医药的临床应用优势。明确益气养阴、润肺止咳法治疗气阴两虚型新冠病毒感染后慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。明确针灸止咳的临床疗效，行针手法标准化、量化。 4，发表学术论文。推广中医治疗新冠病毒感染后慢性咳嗽研究成果。 5，以本研究为基础，进一步深入研究慢性咳嗽的中医康复方案。 6，推广中医药治疗新冠病毒感染后慢性咳嗽研究成果。学术交流，宣传中医，发扬中医。  

Objectives of Study：

1. In this study, the pure TCM therapy of Chinese medicine plus acupuncture and Moxibustion was compared with the clinical therapy of respiratory department. 2. To analyze the clinical syndrome differentiation of chronic cough after coronavirus infection. 3. To analyze the advantage of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of the therapy of replenishing qi and nourishing Yin, moistening lung and relieving cough in treating chronic cough caused by covid-19. To clarify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion cough, acupuncture manipulation standardization, quantification. 4. Publish academic papers. To popularize the research results of chronic cough after covid-19 infection treated by TCM. 5, based on this study, further in-depth study of chronic cough rehabilitation program of traditional Chinese medicine. 6. To generalize the research results of treating chronic cough after coronavirus infection with traditional Chinese medicine. Academic Exchange, propagandize Chinese medicine, carry forward Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄段：18 岁至 70 岁。 1，患者有新冠病毒感 染流行病史，核酸或者抗原检测阳性； 2，在新冠病毒感染的发热、疼痛等急性期症状 已经消失，咳嗽症状仍迁延 8 周以上； 3，胸部 X 片或胸部 CT 等影像学检查可无明 显异常； 4，血常规显示患者白细胞总数、分类在正常范围； 5，需要排除其他病因引起 的慢性咳嗽。

Inclusion criteria

Age range: 18 to 70. 1, the patient had a history of coronavirus infection, and the patient was positive for nucleic acid or antigen test, 2, the acute symptoms of coronavirus infection, such as fever and pain, had disappeared, and the cough symptoms were still delayed for more than 8 weeks, 3, chest X-ray or chest CT and other imaging examination can not be obvious, significantly abnormal; 4, blood routine showed that the patient's total white blood cells, classification in the normal range; 5, need to exclude other causes of chronic cough.

排除标准：

病毒性心肌炎或心功能不全：对于老年人或者有心血管疾病者，一旦咳嗽 夜间明显，平卧位加重，需要考虑心功能不全的可能。患者除咳嗽症状外，常伴有呼吸 困难的表现，双肺底可以闻及细湿啰音，结合基础疾病病史、胸部影像学、心电图、心 肌酶谱、心脏超声和脑钠肽（BNP） 等检查。必要时可试验性抗心力衰竭治疗，观察咳 嗽缓解情况进行鉴别。原有基础疾病加重：新冠病毒感染后，肺部肿瘤、支气管扩张症、 哮喘和慢阻肺等可以急性加重，导致咳咳嗽迁延。患者常有明确的慢性气道疾病病史，除咳嗽外往往还有基础疾病的其他临床特点，结合胸部影像学和肺功能等检查不难鉴别。其他：如新冠病毒感染后高凝状态导致肺栓塞，可表现为咳嗽、胸痛、呼吸困难与 低氧血症等，需要密切关注。近 3 月内有脑卒中、心梗者；凝血功能异常者；重度焦虑、抑郁患者；合并严重血液系统疾病，凝血功能异常者、血色素低于 75g/L 者；合并严重糖尿病或心、肝、肾功能不全者；合并全身性感染者；不愿意参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Viral myocarditis or cardiac insufficiency: for the elderly or those with cardiovascular disease, once cough, obvious at night, supine position aggravates, need to consider the possibility of cardiac insufficiency. In addition to cough symptoms, patients often accompanied by breathing, difficulty of the performance, both lung bottom can smell wet Rales, combined with the basic disease history, chest imaging, ECG, myocardial zymogram, cardiac ultrasound and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP-RRB- examination. When necessary, experimental anti-heart failure treatment, observation of cough, cough relief to identify. Exacerbation of the underlying disease: after covid-19 infection, lung cancer, bronchiectasis, asthma and COPD can become acute exacerbations, leading to prolonged coughing. Patients often have a clear history of chronic airway disease, in addition to cough, often have other basic clinical features of the disease, combined with chest imaging and pulmonary function tests are not difficult to identify. Others: such as covid-19 infection caused by hypercoagulable state of pulmonary embolism, can be manifested as cough, chest pain, breathing difficulties, and hypoxemia, need close attention. Patients with stroke, myocardial infarction, abnormal blood coagulation, severe anxiety and depression, complicated with severe hematological diseases, abnormal blood coagulation and hemoglobin lower than 75g/l; Patients with severe diabetes mellitus or heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; patients with systemic infection; those who did not want to participate in this study.
