评价出院准备服务在胸腔镜肺癌手术患者中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the effectiveness of a discharge preparation service for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首次拟于上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院心胸外科行胸腔镜下肺癌手术患者； （2）年龄≥18 岁且≤75 岁，性别不限； （3）理解、同意参加本研究并知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; (2) Age ≥18 years and ≤75 years, gender not restricted; (3) Understand and agree to participate in this study and give informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并其他肿瘤的患者； （2）存在转移癌； （3）术前曾进行过放疗、化疗及其他抗肿瘤治疗者； （4）合并其他重大疾病或精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a combination of other tumours; (2) Presence of metastatic cancer; (3) Those who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other anti-tumour treatments prior to surgery; (4) Combined with other serious illnesses or mental illness.

由一名非研究组人员通过电脑产生一组72位随机数字，前36位为干预组，后36位为对照组，并依次放入标有1-72数字的不透明信封中，根据患者的入组顺序进行信封分配，根据信封中的数字进行分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A set of 72 random numbers, the first 36 for the intervention group and the last 36 for the control group, was generated by computer by a non-research team member and placed sequentially in opaque envelopes labelled 1-72. The envelopes were allocated according to the order in which the patients were enrolled in the group, and the patients were grouped according to the numbers in the envelopes.
