研究目的：

本研究通过观察比较双套囊封堵器与单套囊封堵器在胸腔镜肺叶切除术中应用的安全性、有效性及对患者额预后的影响，为临床单肺通气期间选择合适的气道管理工具提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was to observe and compare the safety, effectiveness and prognosis of the application of double cuffs bronchial blocker and single cuffs bronchial blocker in thoracoscopic lobectomy, so as to provide the basis for the selection of appropriate airway management tools during clinical one lung ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）选取拟在我院行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的患者80例； （2）美国麻醉医师（ASA）分级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级； （3）年龄18~65岁，体重指数（BMI） 18.5~25 kg/m2； （4）肺功能无明显异常，一秒率（FEV1/FVC%）>70%，无限制型或阻塞型通气功能障碍； （5）心功能无明显异常，无心血管疾病，射血分数（Ejection Fraction，EF）>50%； （6）术前无贫血及其它血液系统疾病且无放化疗史； （7）同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 80 patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy in our hospital were selected; (2) ASA grade I-II; (3) The age ranged from 18 to 65 years old, and the body mass index (BMI) ranged from 18.5 to 25 kggm2; (4) There was no significant abnormality in pulmonary function, and the one second rate (FEV1/FVC%) was>70%, with unlimited or obstructive ventilation dysfunction; (5) No obvious abnormality of cardiac function, no cardiovascular disease, ejection fraction (EF)>50%; (6) There was no anemia or other hematological diseases and no history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation; (7) They agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患者或者其家属拒绝参加试验； （2）心肺功能中度及以上异常； （3）有支气管哮喘和气道高反应病史； （4）有肺部感染，支气管胸膜瘘，肺气肿，肺大泡者； （5）右主支气管长度小于0.5cm； （6）气道内存在肿瘤等封堵器使用禁忌的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients or their families refuse to participate in the trial; (2) Moderate and above abnormal cardiopulmonary function; (3) History of bronchial asthma and airway hyperresponsiveness; (4) Patients with pulmonary infection, bronchopleural fistula, emphysema, pulmonary bullae; (5) The length of the right main bronchus was less than 0.5cm; (6) Patients with contraindications to the use of occluder such as tumor in the airway.
