研究目的：

1. 识别不同扩张型心肌病临床亚型：通过综合分析患者的临床特征、影像学表现、基因组学数据等多模态数据，识别和描述扩张性心肌病的不同临床亚型，为精准诊断和治疗奠定基础。 2. 预测疾病进展和临床结局：利用机器学习和数据挖掘技术，建立疾病进展和临床结局的预测模型，以帮助临床更准确地评估患者的预后，并为个体化治疗方案提供依据。 3. 探索潜在的生物标志物：通过分析多模态数据中的生物标志物，探索其与扩张性心肌病发病机制的关联，寻找新的诊断和治疗靶点，为精准医疗提供新的线索。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identifying different clinical subtypes of dilated cardiomyopathy: By comprehensively analyzing multimodal data such as clinical features, imaging manifestations, and genomic data of patients, identifying and describing different clinical subtypes of dilated cardiomyopathy lays the foundation for accurate diagnosis and treatment. 2. Predicting disease progression and clinical outcomes: Using machine learning and data mining techniques, establish predictive models for disease progression and clinical outcomes to help clinical assessment of patient prognosis more accurately and provide a basis for personalized treatment plans. 3. Explore potential biomarkers: By analyzing biomarkers in multimodal data, explore their association with the pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy, search for new diagnostic and therapeutic targets, and provide new clues for precision medicine.

纳入标准：

扩张型心肌病的诊断标准根据《中国扩张型心肌病诊断和治疗指南》。年龄≥18周岁，完成基线心脏磁共振检查，CMR结果符合DCM的诊断标准，即左心室舒张末期直径 (left ventricular end diastolic dimension, LVEDD)>55mm (男性)和>50mm (女性) 且LVEF<45% 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

The diagnostic criteria for dilated cardiomyopathy are based on the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy. Age ≥ 18 years old, completed baseline cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, CMR results meet the diagnostic criteria of DCM, that is, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD)>55mm (male) and>50mm (female) with LVEF<45%, signed an informed consent form

排除标准：

1.继发性高血压、高血压急症；2. 合并冠心病及缺血性心肌病；3. 心肌炎；4. 合并自身免疫性疾病；5. 合并其他结构性心脏病，如瓣膜病、先天性心脏病等；6. 已接受起搏器治疗；7. 严重肺部疾患，肺源性心脏病；8. 合并严重肝肾功能不全；9. 严重幽闭恐惧症及其他无法耐受心脏磁共振检查；10. 不愿参加本项目研究或不签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension, hypertensive emergencies; 2. Concomitant coronary heart disease and ischemic cardiomyopathy; 3. Myocarditis; 4. Merge autoimmune diseases; 5. Merge with other structural heart diseases, such as valve disease, congenital heart disease, etc; 6. Received pacemaker treatment; 7. Severe pulmonary diseases, pulmonary heart disease; 8. Concomitant severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 9. Severe claustrophobia and other intolerable cardiac magnetic resonance imaging examinations; 10. Refusal to participate in the research of this project or failure to sign an informed consent form.
