研究目的：

应用颊针干预银屑病导致的瘙痒症状，评价干预前后瘙痒症状的变化，探索颊针治疗瘙痒的脑机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Buccal acupuncture was used to intervene in the pruritus symptoms caused by psoriasis, to evaluate the changes of pruritus symptoms before and after the intervention, and to explore the brain mechanism of buccal acupuncture in the treatment of pruritus

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 符合寻常型银屑病伴瘙痒的诊断标准 2: 18～60岁，病程不限 3: VAS评分大于3分 4: 1个月内未接受任何免疫抑制剂及生物制剂 5: 非妊娠哺乳期女性 6: 知情同意，患者签署知情同意书，通过伦理委员会讨论，志愿接受治疗、观察和各项检查者。

Inclusion criteria

1: Meets diagnostic criteria for psoriasis vulgaris with pruritus 2: 18~60 years old, the course of the disease is not limited 3: VAS score greater than 3 points 4: Not receiving any immunosuppressants and biologics within 1 month 5: Non-pregnant lactating females 6: Informed consent, patients who sign the informed consent form, discuss through the ethics committee, and volunteer to receive treatment, observation and various examinations.

排除标准：

1: 严重的内分泌疾病、肾病、肿瘤相关疾病导致的瘙痒 2: 合并有心、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者 3: 不符合诊断标准者 4: 1月内曾采用系统免疫抑制剂 5: 妊娠或哺乳期妇女 6: 未按规定治疗，无法判断疗效，或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者 7: 研究者认为不宜入组者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Itching due to severe endocrine diseases, kidney diseases, tumor-related diseases 2: Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illness such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system 3: Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria 4: Systemic immunosuppressants within 1 month 5: Pregnant or lactating women 6: Those who are not treated according to the regulations, cannot judge the efficacy, or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy or safety judgment 7: Those who are considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for enrollment
