探讨心理干预对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者围术期焦虑水平、术前和术中血流动力学和麻醉用药以及术后恢复的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of psychological intervention on perioperative anxiety levels, preoperative and intraoperative hemodynamic and anesthetic medication, and postoperative recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的子宫肌瘤患者；2.18-65岁之间，女性；3.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；4.BMI 18-30kg/m^2。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy; 2.Female, between 18 and 65 years; 3. ASA rating I-Ⅲ; 4. BMI: 18-30kg/m^2.

排除标准：

1.拒绝签署知情同意书；2.术前已确诊精神疾病患者（包括确诊双向情感障碍、精神分裂症等）；3.存在严重基础疾病（如心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病或肝肾功能异常者）；4.慢性疼痛病史或近期服用镇静镇痛药物者；5.排斥听音乐者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent; 2. Patients with preoperative mental diseases (including confirmed bidirectional affective disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); 3. Patients with serious basic diseases (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases or abnormal liver and kidney functions); 4. Patients with chronic pain or recent sedative and analgesic drugs; 5. Patients who refuse to listen to music.

围术期予以受试者亲切详细的沟通和宣教10分钟，然后让受试者跟着教学视频做7分钟的肌肉渐进式放松，最后患者带上耳机，在曲库中选取自己喜欢的音乐，调节至舒适的音量，听音乐15分钟。

During the perioperative period, the subjects were given friendly and detailed communication and education for 10 minutes, and then the subjects followed the teaching video of progressive muscle relaxation for 7 minutes.
