研究目的：

（1）构建妊娠糖尿病孕妇身体活动方案。 （2）对构建的妊娠糖尿病孕妇身体活动方案进行临床实证研究，以期为该人群的健康管理提供新的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct a physical activity program for pregnant women with gestational diabetes. (2) To conduct a clinical empirical study on the constructed physical activity program for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus, with a view to providing a new reference basis for the health management of this population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-45岁；②根据国际糖尿病和妊娠研究组协会发布的 OGTT 试验诊断为 GDM 者；③具有完整的认知、行为能力 ；④既往体健，孕前无糖尿病，无妊娠期高血压、甲减等其他妊娠合并症；⑤知情同意，且自愿参与并配合本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 18-45; ② Diagnosed with GDM according to the OGTT test issued by the International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Research Groups; ③ Complete cognitive and behavioral ability ④ Previously physically fit, no diabetes mellitus before pregnancy, and no other pregnancy comorbidities, such as gestational hypertension and hypothyroidism; ⑤ Informed consent and voluntary participation and cooperation in this study.

排除标准：

①有运动禁忌症（胎膜早破、早产、持续性阴道出血、妊娠28周后出现前置胎盘、先兆子病、子宫颈内口松弛、胎儿宫内生长受限，其他严重的心血管、呼吸或全身性疾病障碍等）；②人工受孕者；③双胞胎或多胎妊娠；④既往有严重精神病史、诊断有重度抑郁需经临床治疗者；⑤每周体力活动≥150分钟者；⑥排除有特殊饮食模式者。⑦参与本研究期间进行其他有计划、有监督的运动计划或研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① contraindications to exercise (premature rupture of membranes, preterm labor, persistent vaginal bleeding, placenta praevia after 28 weeks of gestation, preeclampsia, endocervical relaxation, intrauterine growth restriction of the fetus, and other serious cardiovascular, respiratory, or systemic disease disorders, etc.); ② people with artificial insemination; ③ twins or multiple pregnancies; ④ people with a history of severe psychiatric illness, diagnosis of severe depression requiring clinical treatment; ⑤ people with ≥150 minutes of physical activity per week; ⑥ Those with special dietary patterns were excluded. ⑦ Participants in other planned and supervised exercise programs or studies during the study period.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Randomization was done by a researcher who was not involved in patient recruitment, evaluation, or data analysis. The person accessed the randomization website (www.random.org) to generate a set of random numbers ranging from 1-86, for a total of 86 random numbers, and wrote the random numbers, which were individually placed in sequentially coded, opaque, and sealed letters.

盲法：

本研究对研究对象、资料收集人员、数据管理和统计资料分析设置盲法，设盲的研究人员不了解研究的分组情况和具体干预内容。将在随机分组后，仅告知研究对象分配给他们的干预方案，而对另一组的干预内容保密，孕妇也将被告知不要谈论所在组别的活动计划内容，直至研究结束为止，干预组与对照组的研究对象互不了解另一组的干预情况。数据收集者不了解干预分组情况，数据录入时将分组用A、B 表示，待所有的统计分析完成后揭盲。

Blinding：

This study will be blinded to the study participants, data collectors, data management and analysis of statistics, and the blinded researchers will not be informed about the grouping of the study and the specific intervention content. Research subjects will be informed only of the intervention program assigned to them after randomization into groups and the content of the intervention in the other group will be kept confidential, and pregnant women will be told not to talk about the content of the program of activities in their group until the end of the study, and the research subjects in the intervention group and the control group will not be informed of the intervention in the other group to each other. The data collectors were not informed about the intervention groups and the groups were denoted as A and B during data entry and were blinded after all statistical analyses were completed.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用Excel 建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均双人录入；采用SPSS软件进行数据处理。

Data is measured and collected by specially trained data collectors. Excel was used to establish the database. In order to ensure the accuracy of data entry, all data were recorded by two people. SPSS software was used for data processing.
