研究目的：

①探究影响压力性损伤预后的客观特征（包括超声特征、伤口部位经皮氧分压）以及PI常规预后预测因子。 ②将影响压力性损伤预后的超声特征以及损伤部位经皮氧分压，结合患者内源性因素和治疗干预措施，构建PI预后预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

①To investigate the objective characteristics of wounds,including the ultrasound characteristics and the transcutaneous partial pressure of oxygen at the wound site, and the conventional prognostic predictors of PI that affect the prognosis of pressure injuries. ② To construct a PI prognostic prediction model by combining the ultrasound features affecting the prognosis of pressure injuries and the transcutaneous partial pressure of oxygen at the wound site with the patient's endogenous factors and therapeutic interventions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）根据NPIAP2016年国际共识会议提出的分级标准，诊断为1期、2期、3期、4期、不可分期和深部组织损伤期的患者；（2）知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients with a diagnosis of stage 1, 2, 3, 4, unstageable, and deep tissue injury according to the grading criteria proposed by the NPIAP 2016 International Consensus Conference; and (2) informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）存在影响超声检查的皮肤情况（如PI部位存在瘢痕组织等）；（2）病情极危重无法配合检查完成超声检查者；（3）怀疑或确诊有传染性皮肤疾病的患者；（4）主动要求退出研究的患者；（5）有慢性皮肤病变影响压力性损伤诊断者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the presence of skin conditions that interfere with ultrasonography (e.g., the presence of scar tissue at the site of the PI, etc.); (2) those who are extremely critically ill and unable to cooperate with the examination to complete the ultrasonography; (3) patients with suspected or diagnosed contagious skin diseases; (4) patients who voluntarily request to be withdrawn from the study; and (5) those who have a chronic skin lesion that interferes with the diagnosis of stress injuries.
