研究目的：

观察糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切除术后患者自我管理能力现状及影响因素，并通过健康教育来提高患者的自我管理，改善患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the status quo and influencing factors of self-management ability of patients with diabetic retinopathy after vitrectomy, and to improve the self-management and quality of life of patients through health education.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《我国糖尿病视网膜病变临床诊疗指南（2022 年）》，并行玻璃体切割硅油填充术的患者； （2）年龄≥18 岁； （3）知情同意，自愿参加本研究； （4）自我管理能力评分为中、低等级的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who met the " Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Diabetic Retinopathy in China ( 2022 ) " and underwent vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade ; (2) Age ≥ 18 years ; (3) Informed consent, volunteered to participate in this study ; (4) Patients with middle and low self-management ability scores.

排除标准：

（1）患者 Barthel 指数评分≤ 60分的患者； （2）言语逻辑表达不清，有精神障碍疾病患者； （3）同时参与其他类似研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with Barthel index score ≤ 60 points ; (2) patients with unclear expression of speech logic and mental disorders ; (3) At the same time participate in other similar researchers.

1.让患者正确认识DR玻璃体切除术的原因、重要性及注意事项；2.强化患者术后自我管理的必要性，让患者认识到自我管理带来的益处，反之其不良后果；3.提高患者对血糖控制、饮食管理及术后面向下体位管理的依从性；4.指导患者如何进行健康管理、正确的用药方法及如何缓解术后及面向下体位带来的不适；5.提高患者健康及风险意识。

1.Let patients correctly understand the causes, importance and precautions of DR vitrectomy ; 2.Strengthen the necessity of postoperative self-management of patients, so that patients realize the benefits of self-management, otherwise its adverse consequences ; 3.To improve patients ' compliance with blood glucose control, diet management and postoperative downward position management ; 4.To guide patients how to carry out health management, the correct method of medication and how to alleviate the discomfort caused by postoperative and downward position ; 5.Improve patients ' health and risk awareness.

由非本研究组成员运用SPSS 25.0产生一套1～64的随机数，再将随机数1～64随机分为2组，即数字0和1，以数字0为对照组，数字1为干预组，然后将随机数字及相对应的随机组别数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中，并做好保管工作。

A set of random numbers of 1-64 were generated by non-members of the study group using SPSS 25.0, and then the random numbers of 1-64 were randomly divided into two groups, namely numbers 0 and 1. The number 0 was the control group and the number 1 was the intervention group. Then the random numbers and the corresponding random group numbers were loaded into the sequentially coded, sealed, and opaque envelopes, and the storage work was done well.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected by consulting medical records and subjects filling questionnaires, and paper and electronic data will be properly kept to protect subjects' privacy. Any public report on the results of this study will not disclose subjects' personal identities. This study will make every effort to protect the information provided by subjects within the legal limits. The study data will be kept by special personnel, and codes will be used to input the data into a computer program for data analysis and management. All personal information about the subjects will be deleted after the end of the experiment.
