研究目的：

这项研究旨在通过联合患者临床特征、早期肺癌DNA特异性甲基化特征、早期肺癌特异性LncRNA特征等多维度信息，探索建立可用于预测肺结节良恶性的临床诊疗体系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the establishment of a clinical diagnosis and treatment system that can be used to predict benign and malignant pulmonary nodules by combining multi-dimensional information such as patient clinical characteristics, early lung cancer DNA-specific methylation characteristics, and early lung cancer-specific LncRNA characteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）在签署知情同意书时，年龄≥18岁，≤75岁； 2）有生育潜力的妇女必须在筛查时妊娠试验（血清或尿液）阴性，且研究期间无怀孕计划； 3）胸部CT/HRCT等影像学提示存在单个或多个实性、混合性或磨玻璃样肺结节； 4）愿意、能够并同意遵循研究要求的基线和随访评估； 5）同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) When signing the informed consent form, the age is ≥18 years old and ≤75 years old; 2) Women with reproductive potential must have a negative pregnancy test (serum or urine) at the time of screening and have no pregnancy plans during the study; 3) Chest CT/HRCT and other imaging findings suggest the presence of single or multiple solid, mixed or ground-glass pulmonary nodules; 4) Willing, able and agreeing to follow the baseline and follow-up assessments required by the study; 5) Agree to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）糖尿病不可控，如HbA1c>7%； 2) 既往6个月内发生心肌梗死，EKG（心电图）显示有危及生命的心律失常或急性缺血的证据，既往存在LVEF<45%、C期或D期(ACC/AHA)或III类或IV类(NYHA)充血性心力衰竭的证据，或任何其他既往或当前心脏疾病，使患者不能耐受全麻支气管镜手术； 3）已知对所需的支气管镜或全身麻醉存在相关禁忌症或药物过敏，无法通过药物控制； 4）根据胸部CT显示支气管解剖结构推测经纤支镜无法到达肺结节部位进行活检； 5）既往已明确诊断肺部恶性肿瘤患者； 6）合并其他系统活动性恶性肿瘤患者； 7）正在参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Uncontrollable diabetes, such as HbA1c>7%; 2) Myocardial infarction occurred within 6 months in the past, and EKG (electrocardiogram) showed evidence of life-threatening arrhythmia or acute ischemia, with previous LVEF<45%, stage C or D (ACC/AHA) or class III or Evidence of Class IV (NYHA) congestive heart failure, or any other prior or current cardiac disease that renders the patient intolerant of general anesthesia for bronchoscopy; 3) Known contraindications or drug allergies to the required bronchoscopy or general anesthesia, which cannot be controlled by drugs; 4) According to the anatomical structure of the bronchi shown on chest CT, it is speculated that the bronchofiberscope cannot reach the lung nodules for biopsy; 5) Patients who have been clearly diagnosed with lung cancer in the past; 6) Patients with other systemic active malignant tumors; 7) Participating in other clinical trials.

To establish a multi-dimensional diagnosis and treatment system for pulmonary nodules by conducting tests at multiple levels such as tissue cytology, protein, LncRNA, methylation, etc. : 1) Methylation levels of SHOX2 and RASFF1A gene promoters; 2) LncRNA including MALAT1/HOTAIR/GAS5 and other levels; 3) Tumor-associated autoantibodies (T-AABs) include p53, PGP9.5, SOX2, GAGE7, GBU4-5, MEGEA1, CAGE, etc.;
