研究目的：

通过文献研究与质性研究对口腔衰弱的概念做梳理，并结合已经开发的测量工具构建具有中国自主知识产权的老年口腔衰弱筛查量表，为大样本的中国老年人口腔衰弱筛查提供科学可信的工具，从而帮助老年人和临床医护人员识别口腔衰弱，进一步为老年人口腔衰弱管理提供依据，助推健康老龄化的实现。  

Objectives of Study：

Through literature and qualitative research, the concept of oral frailty was sorted out, and a screening scale for oral frailty in the elderly with Chinese intellectual property rights was constructed by combining the developed measurement tools to provide a scientific and reliable tool for the screening of oral frailty in a large sample of Chinese elderly people, so as to help the elderly people and clinicians to recognize oral frailty, and to provide a basis for the management of oral frailty in the elderly people, and to promote the realization of healthy aging. The study will help the elderly and clinicians to identify oral frailty and provide a basis for the management of oral frailty in the elderly, thus promoting the realization of healthy aging.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁的老年人； （2）知情同意并且愿意参加本研究； （3）能够正常交流、沟通。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 60 years; (2) Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study; (3) Able to communicate normally.

排除标准：

（1）认知或精神障碍； （2）并严重的心﹑脑﹑肾等器官功能不全或处于疾病急性发作期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cognitive or psychiatric disorders; (2) Severe cardiac, cerebral, or renal organ insufficiency or an acute exacerbation of the disease.
