研究目的：

在研究内容方面，笔者通过对相关文献与内容的搜索与梳理，鉴于当前国内学者对退役军人的研究大多数还是集中在就业安置、政策分析等宏观层面，鲜有运用社会心理服务理论来介入退役军人心理适应性的研究，本文深入退役军人服务站，进行问卷调查，应用一般心理健康健康问卷、抑郁量表、广泛性焦虑量表、创伤后应激障碍筛查量表、积极指标测量工具、成人心理素质问卷、生活满意度问卷、婚姻质量问卷、社交回避与苦恼量表、职业倦怠问卷等，了解目前退役军人的心理健康状况，归纳常见的心理问题并分析原因。  

Objectives of Study：

In terms of research content, through the search and combing of relevant literature and content, the author found that most of the current research on veterans by domestic scholars still focuses on the macro level of job placement and policy analysis, and few social psychological service theories are used to intervene in the research on the psychological adaptability of veterans. Adult psychological quality questionnaire, life satisfaction questionnaire, marital quality questionnaire, social avoidance and distress scale, job burnout questionnaire, etc., to understand the current mental health status of veterans, summarize common psychological problems and analyze the causes.

纳入标准：

（1）退役军人，性别年龄不限；（2）本人自愿填写。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Retired soldiers, gender and age are not limited, (2) Fill in voluntarily.

排除标准：

符合抑郁症的诊断标准，或伴有酒精或物质使用障碍或任何其他精神疾病;

Exclusion criteria：

Met the criteria for diagnosis of depression, comorbid with alcohol or substance use disorders or any other mental illnesses;
