为老年衰弱患者手术提供新的麻醉方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Provide new anesthesia protocols for frail patients in old age undergoing surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

入院经X线检查诊断为髋部骨折(股骨颈或股骨粗隆间骨折)，年龄65～95岁，美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)Ⅱ～Ⅳ级，男女不限，体重指数（BMI）20～28 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

Admitted to the hospital was diagnosed with hip fracture (femoral neck or intertrochanteric fracture) by X-ray examination, age 65~95 years old, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II~IV, male or female, body mass index (BMI) 20~28 kg/m2.

排除标准：

①并存高血压、心血管系统疾病、糖尿病等基础疾病，凝血功能异常；②存在神经阻滞禁忌证或难以配合；③局部麻醉药过敏、慢性疼痛史或存在精神疾病并长期服药；④多发骨折，对酰胺类局麻药、对乙酰氨基酚、曲马多及哌替啶过敏；⑤髂筋膜间隙穿刺部位感染，外周神经病变；⑥痴呆、术前等待时间>5 d，患者拒绝加入本研究等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Coexisting underlying diseases such as hypertension, cardiovascular system diseases, diabetes, etc., and abnormal coagulation function; (2) Contraindication to nerve block or difficulty in cooperating; (3) History of allergy to local anesthetics, chronic pain or the presence of psychiatric illness and long-term medication; (4) Multiple fractures, allergy to amide local anesthetics, acetaminophen, tramadol and meperidine; (5) Infection of fascia iliaca space puncture site, peripheral neuropathy; (6) Dementia, preoperative waiting time > 5 days, and the patient refused to join this study.
