研究目的：

（1）观察肠道菌群、脑电图、血液指标、量表评分等，探索创新毫火针实施经典温通法干预慢性疲劳后认知功能所产生效应及其机制。 （2）为中医药干预疲劳提供新思路、新方法，创新发展中医药干预疲劳的基础理论，探索阐释中医药干预疲劳的效应机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)Observe gut flora, electroencephalograms, blood indicators, scale scores, and other factors to explore the effects and mechanisms of innovative micro-moxibustion using classical warming and unblocking methods on cognitive function after intervention for chronic fatigue. (2)To provide new ideas and methods for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) intervention in fatigue, innovate and develop the fundamental theories of TCM intervention for fatigue, and explore explanations for the effect mechanisms of TCM in fatigue management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述慢性疲劳、慢性疲劳后认知困难的诊断标准； （2）年龄在18～65岁，男女均可； （3）在一个月内没有服用过抗生素，以及没有接受过任何与慢性疲劳及认知困难相关的治疗； （4）自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书，并有良好的依从性。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the above diagnostic criteria of chronic fatigue and cognitive difficulty after chronic fatigue; (2) at the age of 18 to 65, both men and women; (3) have not taken antibiotics within one month, and have not received any treatment related to chronic fatigue and cognitive difficulties; (4) voluntarily participate in this study, sign an informed consent form, and have good compliance.

排除标准：

（1）本身患有可引起慢性疲劳的原发病，如甲状腺功能减退症； （2）以往被诊断为有精神障碍的患者以及近期出现严重失眠、严重抑郁的患者； （3）伴随严重的心、肝、肾及代谢性障碍疾病、凝血障碍者； （4）治疗区域存在皮肤感染或破损； （5）正在参加其他临床研究者； （6）妊娠、哺乳期女性； （7）已接受止痛药物、其他针灸相关治疗并可能影响效应观测指标者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) suffering from a primary disease that can cause chronic fatigue, such as hypothyroidism. (2) patients diagnosed with mental disorders in the past and patients with severe insomnia and severe depression recently. (3) patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and metabolic disorders and blood coagulation disorders. (4) there is skin infection or damage in the treatment area. (5) participating in other clinical researchers. (6) pregnant and lactating women. (7) those who have received painkillers and other acupuncture-related treatments and may affect the observation index of the effect.
