评价前期建立的基于有限理性的助推干预在糖尿病人群中的效果，同时从脑生理的角度阐释助推干预起效的神经机制  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of a previously established bounded rationality-based nudging Intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus, and to explain the neural mechanism of bounded rationality-based nudging Intervention from the perspective of brain physiology

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》制定的2型糖尿病的诊断标准；②年龄为18~65岁；③未来12个月内在海南居住；④同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Diagosis with type 2 diabetes according to "Chinese Guidelines for the prevention and Treatment of type 2 Diabetes (2020 edition)"; ② Age between 18-65 years old; (3) living in Hainan within the next 12 months; ④ agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①行动不便、有精神异常、认知障碍者、不能合作者；②合并严重糖尿病并发症（增殖性视网膜病变、肾病Ⅳ期以上或者肌酐＞2mg/dl或177μmol/L，NYHA心功能Ⅲ级以上，Wagner分级糖尿病足1级以上等）；③肿瘤患者，近半年内接受放疗、化疗者；④正在参加其他类似研究课题的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with the following intems were excluded: (1) mobility problems, mental disorders, cognitive impairment, inability to cooperate; ② Severe diabetic complications (proliferative retinopathy, nephropathy stage Ⅳ or above or creatinine > 2mg/dl or 177μmol/L, NYHA class Ⅲ or above, Wagner grade 1 or above diabetic foot, etc.); ③ Tumor patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the past half year; ④ patients who are participating in other similar research projects.

采用区组随机进行分组，以区组长度为4，由研究者利用SPSS 26.0软件编程产生随机数字实现分组，将分组结果装入编号的密封且不透明的信封中，并分发给每家医院的协调护士，每当纳入患者人数达4位时，该协调护士打开相应信封，将研究对象按照信封中的分组结果1:1分入实验组或对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Randomization was performed with a block size of four. SPSS 26.0 software was used to generate random numbers for assignment. The assignment was placed in numbered, sealed, opaque envelopes and distributed to the coordinating nurse at each hospital. The subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group 1:1 according to the grouping results in the envelope.
