研究目的：

(1) 探索经颅磁刺激（TMS）治疗脑小血管病（CSVD）认知障碍的有效性：研究将评估TMS在改善CSVD患者认知功能方面的潜力，包括记忆力、注意力、执行力等方面的改善。观察TMS治疗对CSVD认知障碍患者生活质量的影响。 (2) 分析TMS治疗对与CSVD相关的生物标记物水平的影响，如炎症因子、凝血指标、神经递质等。探究这些生物标记物的变化与认知功能改善之间的关联性，进一步揭示TMS治疗的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Exploring the effectiveness of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cognitive impairment in small vessel disease: The study will evaluate the potential of TMS in improving cognitive function in CSVD patients, including improvements in memory, attention, execution, and other aspects. Observing the effect of TMS treatment on the quality of life of CSVD cognitive impairment patients. (2) Analyze the impact of TMS treatment on the levels of biomarkers related to CSVD, such as inflammatory factors, coagulation indicators, neurotransmitters, etc. Explore the correlation between changes in these biomarkers and improvements in cognitive function, and further reveal the mechanism of TMS treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合诊断CSVD认知障碍的患者；年龄在>18岁，性别不限，符合诊断标准并同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for cognitive impairment in CSVD;
2.Age is over 18 years old, regardless of gender, meets diagnostic criteria, and agrees to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.伴有精神疾病患者；中毒、感染、免疫系统疾病引起的脑损伤患者；有癫痫病史者；诊断为阿尔兹海默病及额颞叶痴呆患者；头MRI 示病变部位直径大于1.5CM ；安装有心脏起搏器等金属内置物者；视力、听力障碍、失语等影响检查者；糖尿病并发症及心、肝、肾功能障碍者；患有其他系统严重疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with accompanying mental illness;
2.Patients with brain damage caused by poisoning, infection, or immune system diseases;
3.Individuals with a history of epilepsy;
4.Diagnosed as Alzheimer's disease and frontotemporal dementia patients;
5.Head MRI shows that the diameter of the lesion site is greater than 1.5CM;
6.Installation of metal implants such as pacemakers;
7.Individuals with visual, hearing impairment, aphasia, and other factors that affect the examination;
8.Complications of diabetes and dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney;
9.Individuals with other serious systemic diseases.
