研究目的：

肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC)是全球范围内最常见且恶性程度最高的恶性肿瘤之一，我国肝癌发病率和死亡率更是高居全球第一位，一直是影响我国人民生命安全的重大疾病之一。鸢尾素(Irisin)是一种新近发现的由 III型纤连蛋白结构域 5(FNDC5)通过蛋白酶水解后产生的肌细胞因子，具有加速白色脂肪组织棕色化和提高能量消耗的功能。已有研究表明，Irisin在人体多个组织及器官中均有表达，且在多种肿瘤中表达异常，对肿瘤的发生、发展具有非常重要的意义，包括结肠癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、胰腺癌及骨肉瘤等，近年来，Irisin 在肿瘤中的作用机制成为研究的热点。目前，Irisin在肝癌中的表达情况及其对肝癌的作用及作用机制还鲜有报道。本文通过检测Irisin在肝癌组织、肝癌细胞系及肝癌病人血清中的表达水平，进一步研究Irisin对肝癌细胞的作用，以期为寻找肝癌的早期诊断生物标志物及早期治疗靶点提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common and malignant malignant tumors in the world, and the incidence and mortality rate of hepatocellular carcinoma in China is the highest in the world, which has been one of the major diseases affecting the life safety of our people. Irisin is a newly discovered myocytokine produced by the hydrolysis of type III fibronectin structural domain 5 (FNDC5) by protease, which has the function of accelerating the browning of white adipose tissue and increasing energy expenditure. It has been shown that Irisin is expressed in many tissues and organs of the human body, and is abnormally expressed in many kinds of tumors, which is of great significance to the occurrence and development of tumors, including colon, breast, lung, pancreatic and osteosarcoma, etc. In recent years, the mechanism of Irisin's role in tumors has become a hot spot of research. At present, the expression of Irisin in hepatocellular carcinoma and its role in hepatocellular carcinoma and its mechanism of action have rarely been reported. In this paper, we examined the expression levels of Irisin in liver cancer tissues, liver cancer cell lines and liver cancer patients' serum, and further studied the effects of Irisin on liver cancer cells, with a view to providing a new idea for finding early diagnostic biomarkers and early therapeutic targets for liver cancer.

纳入标准：

1.接收手术切除治疗； 2.术后病理证实为肝细胞肝癌；

Inclusion criteria

1.Receive surgical excision treatment; 2.Postoperative pathological diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma;

排除标准：

1.急性肝功能衰竭；
2.非 HCC 肝肿瘤（即 胆管癌、腺瘤病、肝血管瘤）；
3.急性和/或慢性肾脏疾病（移植时血清肌酐为 1. 5 mg/dL）；
4.体重指数（BMI）大于 30 kg/m；
5.正在接受类固醇治疗的自身免疫性肝病；
6.接受干扰素治疗的丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）相关疾病；
7.曾发生重大心血管事件，如心肌梗塞、不稳定型心绞痛或中风；
8.糖尿病；
9.曾接受化疗和/或放疗；
10.曾发生转移；
11.多囊卵巢综合征；
12.精神障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute liver failure;
2.Non-HCC liver tumors (i.e., cholangiocarcinoma, adenomatosis, hepatic hemangioma);
3.Acute and/or chronic renal disease (serum creatinine of 1. 5 mg/dL at time of transplant);
4.Body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 kg/m;
5.Autoimmune liver disease being treated with steroids;
6.Hepatitis C virus (HCV)-related diseases treated with interferon;
7.Previous major cardiovascular event such as myocardial infarction, unstable angina or stroke;
8.diabetes;
9.Previous chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy;
10.Had a transfer;
11.polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS);
12.mental disorder;
