Objectives of Study：

Validating the impact of mental health (emotion) as a potential mediator in the patient-caregiver dyad on the relationship between relationship quality and quality of life.

纳入标准：

1、在过去6个月内直接（即患者）或间接（即伴侣）经历过“心脏事件”。 2、处于夫妻关系(即，已婚或社会道德的承诺关系)，共同居住至少6个月。 3、具有一定的阅读和沟通能力。 4、愿意提供知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.had experienced a "cardiac event" (e.g. coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, heart valve disease) within the past 6 months, either directly (i.e., patient) or indirectly (i.e., partner) 2. be in a couple relationship (i.e., married or in a social-ethical committed relationship) and have lived together for at least 6 months; 3. have basic reading and communication skills; 4. be willing to provide informed consent.
