研究目的：

旨在探讨OSA患者的血清炎症因子水平与OSA的相关性，以及评估血清炎症因子作为OSA患者认知功能障碍预测因子的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim was to investigate the correlation between serum inflammatory factor levels and OSA in patients with OSA, as well as to assess the value of serum inflammatory factor as a predictor of cognitive dysfunction in patients with OSA.

纳入标准：

OSA患者

Inclusion criteria

People with OSA

排除标准：

1. 中枢神经系统疾病者； 2. 自身免疫性疾病者； 3. 肝病和肾脏疾病者； 4. 慢性呼吸道疾病者（例如慢性阻塞性肺病等）； 5. 慢性炎症性疾病（如炎症性肠病）； 6. 睡眠障碍的精神性因素者； 7. 恶性肿瘤的个体。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with central nervous system diseases; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 3. People with liver disease and kidney disease; 4. People with chronic respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 5. Chronic inflammatory diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease); 6. Mental factors of sleep disorders; 7. Individuals with malignant tumors.
