研究目的:

①评估小脑tDCS对缺血性脑卒中运动功能的影响;②探讨小脑tDCS对缺血性脑卒中的脑网络重塑的神经机制,寻找预测小脑tDCS治疗反应的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study:

① To evaluate the effect of cerebellar tDCS on motor function in ischemic stroke; ② To explore the neural mechanism of cerebellar tDCS on brain network reorganization in ischemic stroke, and to find biomarkers for predicting the therapeutic response of cerebellar tDCS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①年龄18~75周岁;②首次发病的缺血性脑卒中患者;③发病时间在1-4周内;④美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分5-15分,存在运动功能障碍的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age 18-75 years; (2) experiencing the first unilateral supratentorial ischemic stroke; (3) stroke occurred less than 4 weeks before enrollment; and (4) moderate stroke with National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score of 5-15 points.

排除标准:

①病情不稳定;②有颅脑外伤、帕金森病及癫痫等其他神经系统疾病;③严重的语言障碍影响交流;④心理障碍不能配合治疗;⑤ 认知障碍(MMSE< 24);⑥存在电刺激和磁共振扫描禁忌症患者;⑦怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) unstable physical condition; (2) neurological disorders other than stroke; (3) inability to communicate due to severe language impairment; (4) inability to perform training because of psychological disorders; (5) cognitive impairments (mini-mental state examination (MMSE) < 24); (6) any contraindications for tDCS, such as epilepsy, metallic implants, cardiac pacemaker; and (7) drug or alcohol abuse, or pregnancy.
