研究目的：

描述血透合并高血压患者的临床特征，评估血压控制对患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this report is to delineate the clinical characteristics of hypertensive hemodialysis patients and assess the impact of BP control on patient prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18岁；2.尿毒症或者血肌酐> 707.2 umol/L 或者肾小球滤过率< 10 ml/min；3.既往否认血透或腹透病史，入组时是首次进行维持性血透治疗；4.能定期随访，且依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age > 18 years; (2) clinical manifestations of uremia, serum creatinine > 707.2 umol/L or glomerular filtration rate < 10 ml/min; (3) no history of hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, and the first time receiving maintenance hemodialysis at enrollment; (4) able to undergo regular outpatient follow-up and have high compliance.

排除标准：

1.怀孕或哺乳期妇女；2.拒绝签署知情同意书或拒绝提供真实信息的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant or lactating women; (2) refusal to sign the informed consent form or provide true information.
