筛选心脏外科围术期并发消化道疾病高危因素，构建消化系统并发症早期风险预警体系，开发消化系统并发症风险评估的预警模型软件，为早期识别消化系统并发症高风险人群提供风险分层工具，进行早期干预探索。

排除标准:有出血倾向或合并血液系统疾病患者；恶性肿瘤患者。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究从我们医院的HIS系统中获取入组患者的临床信息，并以病例报告表的形式将其输入我们中心的心血管外科患者数据库。这一过程实现了病历资料的自动提取。此外，专门的工作人员每周对入组患者的数据进行核查，以尽量减少数据录入错误。数据库根据特定的角色进行不同级别的管理，确保操作可追溯，防止数据被未经授权的修改或删除。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study obtains clinical information of enrolled patients from our hospital's HIS system and enters it into our center's cardiovascular surgery patient database in the form of case report forms. This process enables the automatic extraction of medical record data. Additionally, dedicated personnel conduct weekly checks on the data of enrolled patients to minimize the risk of data entry errors. The database is managed at different levels according to specific roles, ensuring traceable operations and preventing unauthorized data alterations or deletions.
