研究目的：

研究目标： （1）建立多中心胚胎图像数据集及临床多模态数据库； （2）基于目前已有的AI胚胎筛选辅助决策系统系统（简称AI version 1），前瞻性采集多中心胚胎数据，验证AI version 1系统的临床效能与效率； （3）探索ART治疗过程影响AI version 1的重要节点（即，影响胚胎发育关键性指标）：如临床超促排卵方案、卵泡发育模型等，以期形成各阶段分级决策体系，最终提高ART成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

Research objectives: (1) To establish a multicenter embryo image dataset and a clinical multimodal database; (2) To prospectively collect multicenter embryo data and validate the clinical efficacy and efficiency of the AI version 1 system based on the currently available AI embryo screening assisted decision system system (AI version 1); (3) To explore the important nodes (i.e., key indicators affecting embryo development) affecting AI version 1 during ART treatment: such as clinical superovulation protocols, follicle development models, etc., in order to form a graded decision system at each stage and ultimately improve the success rate of ART.

纳入标准：

样本纳排标准： 入选标准： ①首次IVF/ICSI周期； ②女性≤40岁； ③采用卵泡期长方案、拮抗剂方案； ④具有可实施胚胎移植的正常宫腔。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① first IVF/ICSI cycle; ②Female ≤ 40 years of age; ③ use of GnRH-a protocol, GnRH-ant protocol; ④ with a normal uterine cavity where embryo transfer can be transferred.

排除标准：

排除标准： ①供精周期、受卵周期、自然周期、微刺激周期、PPOS周期； ②既往卵巢手术史、子宫内膜异位症、盆腔炎性疾病后遗症、子宫内膜息肉、重度宫腔粘连，3个月内使用过激素替代治疗； ③有其他严重代谢及内分泌疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (i) sperm donor cycle, oocyte donor cycle, natural cycle, microstimulation cycle, PPOS cycle; (ii) History of previous ovarian surgery, endometriosis, sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, endometrial polyps, severe uterine adhesions, and use of hormone replacement therapy within 3 months; (iii) Have other serious metabolic and endocrine diseases.
