采用蛋白组学联合代谢组学技术对类风湿关节炎患者进行有效生物标志物和治疗靶点筛选  

Objectives of Study：

Proteomics combined with metabonomics was used to screen effective biomarkers and therapeutic targets in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.参照《类风湿关节炎诊疗规范》诊断类风湿关节炎；
2.在我院或海南医学院第二附属医院就诊并确诊为RA，自愿入选和配合本研究，签署知情同意书。；

Inclusion criteria

1.According to“Rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis and treatment norms” diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis;
2.Ra was diagnosed in our hospital or the second affiliated hospital of the Hainan Medical College.;

排除标准：

1.合并有严重的心血管、肝脏、肺部等疾病者；；
2.合并有出血倾向疾病；
3.合并有系统性红斑狼疮、系统性硬化症、强直性脊柱炎、骨关节炎等其他风湿性疾病；
4.伴严重精神心理疾病；
5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
6.因感染、肿瘤等其他疾病引起的关节肿痛；
7.严重凝血功能障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients with severe cardiovascular, liver and lung diseases;
2.Combined with bleeding tendency disease;
3.There are systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and other rheumatic diseases;
4.With severe mental illness;
5.A woman who is pregnant or nursing;
6.Joint swelling and pain caused by infection, tumor and other diseases;
7.Serious Coagulopathy;
