Objectives of Study: |
The hybridization chain reaction mediated by the nanoprobe has high sensitivity and enhanced stability, and the method of microRNA-25 (miR-25) detection by the nanoprobe has similar detection efficiency compared to the classical PCR detection. It is more simpler and easier. It will provide a new and important tool for the clinical diagnosis and biomedical research of ischemic stroke and other diseases. |

纳入标准: |
1. 缺血性脑卒中,症状出现后6 h内采样; 2. 患者NIHSS评分<25; 3. 仅局灶性神经系统疾病,CT扫描无出血征象。 |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Inclusion criteria |
1. Ischemic stroke and sampling within 6 hours after symptom onset; 2. showing National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score on the scale<25, 3. patients with only focal neurological issues without any signs of hemorrhage on CT scan. |

排除标准: |
1. 恶性肿瘤、肝功能紊乱、肾功能衰竭或者血液疾病; 2. 精神障碍或心脏疾病; 3. 任何其他影响血象的疾病。 |

|
Exclusion criteria: |
1. Confirmation of malignancy, liver disorder, renal failure, or hematologic disorder, 2. Mental disorders or heart diseases, 3. any other disorder found to affect the hemogram. |
