研究目的：

本纳米探针介导的杂交链反应具有高灵敏度和增强的稳定性，采用其检测microRNA-25（miR-25）与经典的PCR检测方法具有相似的检测效能，并且更简单、易行，为缺血性脑卒中等疾病的临床诊断和生物医学研究提供一种新的重要工具。  

Objectives of Study：

The hybridization chain reaction mediated by the nanoprobe has high sensitivity and enhanced stability, and the method of microRNA-25 (miR-25) detection by the nanoprobe has similar detection efficiency compared to the classical PCR detection. It is more simpler and easier. It will provide a new and important tool for the clinical diagnosis and biomedical research of ischemic stroke and other diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 缺血性脑卒中，症状出现后6 h内采样； 2. 患者NIHSS评分＜25； 3. 仅局灶性神经系统疾病，CT扫描无出血征象。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ischemic stroke and sampling within 6 hours after symptom onset; 2. showing National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score on the scale<25, 3. patients with only focal neurological issues without any signs of hemorrhage on CT scan.

排除标准：

1. 恶性肿瘤、肝功能紊乱、肾功能衰竭或者血液疾病； 2. 精神障碍或心脏疾病； 3. 任何其他影响血象的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Confirmation of malignancy, liver disorder, renal failure, or hematologic disorder, 2. Mental disorders or heart diseases, 3. any other disorder found to affect the hemogram.
