研究目的：

从细胞因子水平证实毫火针治疗带状疱疹的外周炎症机制，并将毫火针治疗带状疱疹技术进行推广应用，提高社会及经济效益。  

Objectives of Study：

To confirm the peripheral inflammatory mechanism of filiform fire needle treating herpes zoster at the cytokine level, and to promote the application of filiform fire needle treatment technology for herpes zoster.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中西医诊断标准；②年龄18~70岁；③病程≤7d，未接受过抗病毒药物、止痛药物或其他治疗；④疱疹皮损局限在躯干部位1~3个皮节区内；⑤自愿参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine mentioned; ② Age range from 18 to 70 years old; ③ Disease duration ≤ 7 days, without receiving antiviral drugs, painkillers or other treatments; ④ Herpes skin lesions are limited to 1-3 skin segments in the trunk area; ⑤ Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①特殊类型的带状疱疹，包括眼、耳、内脏、脑膜带状疱疹及无疹型带状疱疹；②备孕、妊娠、哺乳期女性；③瘢痕体质；④合并严重的循环、呼吸、内分泌系统等原发性疾病或全身衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

① Special types of herpes zoster, including herpes zoster in the eyes, ears, organs, meninges, and rash free herpes zoster; ② Pregnant, pregnant, and lactating women; ③ Scar constitution; ④ Merge severe primary diseases such as circulation, respiration, endocrine system, or systemic failure.
