研究目的：

本研究将通过真实世界研究来评估国内一款基于ABA理论的数字化认知干预产品的实施效果，包括评估产品的可用性、可接受性和干预疗效等，并探究ASD儿童对数字化认知干预产品的依从性。同时将通过探索性分析ASD数字化干预临床实践的特性，如明确最适宜使用数字化干预的ASD群体等。此外，本研究还将考察基于ABA的儿童数字化认知游戏干预能否改善孤独谱系障碍儿童的核心症状和整体发育水平，是否会改善特殊儿童父母的育儿效能感和压力感。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will evaluate the implementation effect of a digital cognitive intervention product based on ABA theory in China through real-world research, including evaluating the usability, acceptability, and intervention efficacy of the product, and exploring the compliance of ASD children with digital cognitive intervention products. At the same time, exploratory analysis will be conducted on the characteristics of ASD digital intervention clinical practice, such as identifying the ASD population most suitable for digital intervention. In addition, this study will also examine whether digital cognitive game intervention based on ABA can improve the core symptoms and overall development level of children with autism spectrum disorder, and whether it can improve parenting efficacy and stress for parents of special needs children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）根据美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5 版( Diagnostic and Statistical Manual，Fifth Edition，DSM-5) 诊断为孤独症谱系障碍儿童； 2）儿童孤独症评定量表 ( The Childhood Autism Rating Scale, CARS)大于等于30分； 3）家庭以普通话为主要沟通语言； 4）能够配合测试和培训； 5）在研究期间没有服药。

Inclusion criteria

1) According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) of the United States, children with autism spectrum disorder are diagnosed; 2) The Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) scores 30 or higher; 3) Mandarin is the main language of communication in families; 4) Can cooperate with testing and training; 5) No medication was taken during the study period.

排除标准：

1）严重的躯体疾病或感觉/运动障碍，如听力或视力障碍，手/手臂方面的身体畸形，可能会使儿童无法使用iPad等触屏设备。 2）创伤性头部损伤，遗传/神经系统疾病如癫痫，严重精神疾病如诊断为儿童精神分裂性功能障碍、创伤后应激障碍、双相情感障碍、严重强迫症、严重抑郁或严重焦虑障碍或研究者认为可能混淆研究数据/评估的其他精神障碍； 3）严重的问题行为； 4）诊断或父母报告为色盲（通过ICBT临床确诊）； 5）之前曾参与过基于ABA的儿童数字化认知干预之类的研究或过去接触过该应用程序； 6）有一个兄弟/姐妹也参与了当前这项研究； 7）研究人员认为可能混淆研究数据/评估的任何其他医疗状况，如在评估或干预期间突发意外疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe physical illnesses or sensory/motor impairments, such as hearing or visual impairments, and physical deformities in the hands/arms, may prevent children from using touchscreen devices such as iPads. 2) Traumatic head injury, genetic/neurological disorders such as epilepsy, severe mental disorders such as diagnosis of childhood schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, severe obsessive-compulsive disorder, severe depression or severe anxiety disorder, or other mental disorders that researchers believe may confuse research data/evaluations; 3) Serious problematic behavior; 4) Diagnosed or reported by parents as color blind (clinically confirmed through ICBT); 5) Previously participated in research on digital cognitive interventions for children based on ABA or had previous exposure to this application; 6) One brother/sisters also participated in the current study; 7) Researchers believe that any other medical conditions that may confuse research data/evaluations, such as sudden unexpected illnesses during evaluations or interventions.
