研究目的：

慢性肾脏病(CKD)通常由多种免疫因素参与，包括各种原发性和继发性肾小球疾病，长期应用糖皮质激素(GC)治疗易诱导骨质疏松，因CKD本身可合并骨代谢紊乱，CKD合并糖皮质激素性骨质疏松(GIOP)更应得到临床重视。采取有效措施早期防治骨质疏松症，减少CKD患者骨折发生率是临床工作的重点。因此，本研究旨在评估阿仑膦酸钠对应用糖皮质激素治疗的CKD1-3期患者骨质疏松的预防作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is usually caused by multiple immune factors, including various primary and secondary glomerular diseases. Long-term treatment with glucocorticoid (GC) is easy to induce osteoporosis. Since CKD itself can be associated with bone metabolism disorders, CKD combined with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis (GIOP) should receive more clinical attention. It is the focus of clinical work to take effective measures to prevent osteoporosis early and reduce the incidence of fracture in CKD patients. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the preventive effect of alendronate sodium on osteoporosis in patients with stage CKD1-3 treated with glucocorticoids.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.获得书面知情同意书； 2.年龄18岁-80岁； 3.符合KDOQI指南关于CKD1-3期的分期标准； 4.接受糖皮质激素治疗>6个月，强的松剂量>7.5mg／d或服用同等效价剂量的其他激素；

Inclusion criteria

1. Obtain written informed consent; 2. Age 18-80 years old; 3. Meet the staging standards of KDOQI guidelines for CKD1-3 stages; 4. Receiving glucocorticoid treatment for >6 months, prednisone dose >7.5mg/d or taking other hormones of equivalent price;

排除标准：

1.近6个月内接受过抗骨吸收药物治疗； 2.合并原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减退或甲状旁腺切除术史； 3.严重营养不良； 4.活动性感染； 5.心、肝、肺等重要器官组织严重病变； 6.多发性骨髓瘤或骨肿瘤病史； 7.对阿仑膦酸钠药物过敏者； 8.妊娠及哺乳期女性； 9.既往有重大上消化道（GI）疾病史，如消化性溃疡、食管炎或重度消化不良； 10.不能站立或坐直超过30分钟; 11.相关生化指标或骨活检提示低转运型骨病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received anti-bone resorption drugs in the last 6 months; 2. History of primary hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, or parathyroidectomy; 3. severe malnutrition; 4. Active infection; 5. Serious lesions of heart, liver, lung and other vital organs; 6. History of multiple myeloma or bone tumor; 7. Allergy to alendronate sodium; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Previous history of major upper digestive tract (GI) disease, such as peptic ulcer, esophagitis, or severe dyspepsia; 10. Inability to stand or sit upright for more than 30 minutes; 11. Relevant biochemical indicators or bone biopsies suggest low-transport bone disease.
