研究目的：

1. 阐释针刺修复慢性心理应激与促进卵泡发育之间的联动效应机制。 2. 以“安神补肾”立论，为针刺治疗 PCOS 提供新的中医思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explain the linkage mechanism between acupuncture for repairing chronic psychological stress and promoting follicular development. 2. Based on the theory of "calming the mind and tonifying the kidney", provide a new traditional Chinese medicine approach for acupuncture treatment of PCOS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

疾病组纳入标准 （1）符合 PCOS 诊断标准； （2）年龄 20-40 岁； （3）符合《卫生部关于修订人类辅助生殖技术与人类精子库相关技术规范、基本标准和伦理原则》体外受精-胚胎移植适应症； （4）自愿受试，可定期复诊，并签署知情同意书。 空白组纳入标准 （1）排除卵巢功能异常所致的不孕者； （2）年龄 20-40 岁； （3）符合《卫生部关于修订人类辅助生殖技术与人类精子库相关技术规范、基本标准和伦理原则》体外受精-胚胎移植适应症； （4）自愿受试，可定期复诊，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for disease groups (1) Meets PCOS diagnostic criteria; (2) Age: 20-40 years old; (3) Meets the indications for in vitro fertilization embryo transfer in accordance with the revised technical specifications, basic standards, and ethical principles related to human assisted reproductive technology and human sperm bank issued by the Ministry of Health; (4) Voluntarily participate in the trial, have regular follow-up visits, and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for blank groups (1) Excluding infertility caused by ovarian dysfunction; (2) Age: 20-40 years old; (3) Meets the indications for in vitro fertilization embryo transfer in accordance with the revised technical specifications, basic standards, and ethical principles related to human assisted reproductive technology and human sperm bank issued by the Ministry of Health; (4) Voluntarily participate in the trial, have regular follow-up visits, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）配偶生殖功能异常； （2）意识不清、不能表达主观不适症状，伴有精神疾病者； （3）过敏体质或对针灸过敏者； （4）因输卵管原因所致不孕者，女性子宫不具备妊娠功能，己明确生殖器官有明显或严重的器质性病变或患有生殖、泌尿系统急性感染或性传播疾病，染色体异常者，免疫性不孕者； （5）进展性恶性肿瘤或其他严重消耗性疾病，易合并感染及出血者； （6）合并心血管、肝、肾、消化、造血系统等原发性疾病不能承受妊娠者； （7）接触过致畸量的射线、毒物、药品并处于作用期或有酗酒、吸毒等 不良嗜好； （8）近期正参与其他临床研究项目者。 注：凡符合以上任意1条者均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Abnormal reproductive function of spouse; (2) Individuals with unclear consciousness, inability to express subjective discomfort symptoms, and accompanying mental illness; (3) Allergic constitution or allergy to acupuncture and moxibustion; (4) Infertility caused by fallopian tubes, female uterus without pregnancy function, clear or severe organic lesions in reproductive organs, acute infections or sexually transmitted diseases in the reproductive and urinary systems, chromosomal abnormalities, immune infertility; (5) Progressive malignant tumors or other serious wasting diseases, prone to concurrent infections and bleeding; (6) Individuals with primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive, and hematopoietic systems that cannot withstand pregnancy; (7) Having been exposed to radiation, toxins, drugs that cause deformities and are still in effect, or having bad habits such as alcohol and drug abuse; (8) Those who are currently participating in other clinical research projects. Note: Anyone who meets any of the above criteria will be excluded.

采用信封随机法进行随机，将随机分配卡片用不透光的信封密封，按受试者就诊的先后顺序确定抽取信封，根据随机分配卡片信息进行随机分组。参与 受试者纳入和随机卡片制作的研究人员，将不参与受试者信息采集、干预实施、 数据整理和分析阶段的研究任务。

The envelope randomization method is used for randomization. The randomly assigned cards are sealed in opaque envelopes, and the envelopes are selected in the order of the subject's visit. Random grouping is carried out based on the information of the randomly assigned cards. Researchers who participate in subject inclusion and random card production will not be involved in the research tasks of subject information collection, intervention implementation, data organization, and analysis stages.

本课题研究由于针刺的特殊性，无法做到盲受试对象以及试验实施者，因此本研究采用盲法评价，由专人进行疗效评价。并在资料总结阶段采用盲法统计分析，保证研究结果的真实可靠。

Blinding：

Due to the particularity of acupuncture in this study, it is not possible to blind the subjects and trial implementers. Therefore, this study adopts a blind evaluation method, and the efficacy evaluation is conducted by a dedicated person. And in the data summary stage, blind statistical analysis is used to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the research results.
