研究目的：

1、明确阴阳攻积丸治疗晚期结直肠癌的优势人群特征，为阴阳攻积丸治疗晚期结直肠癌的精准化、现代化提供依据。 2、比较阴阳攻积丸治疗前后及治疗期间患者血液生化、血液常规、不良事件发生情况等，为阴阳攻积丸的临床应用提供用药指导。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the characteristics of the dominant population of Yin Yang Gong Ji pill in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer, and provide a basis for the precision and modernization of Yin Yang Gong Ji pill in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. 2.Compare the blood biochemistry, blood routine, and adverse events of patients before and after treatment with Yin Yang Gong Ji pill, and provide medication guidance for the clinical application of Yin Yang Gong Ji pill.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄≥18岁，性别不限； ② 病理学分期为晚期结直肠癌，无手术根治机会者； ③ KPS评分≥60分； ④ 预计生存期≥3个月； ⑤ 无严重心、肺、肝、肾功能异常； ⑥ 非II级及以上腹泻（CTCAE v4.03分级）； ⑦ 有符合RECIST 1.1标准的可测量病灶； ⑧ 自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥ 18 years old, regardless of gender; ② Pathological staging of metastatic colorectal cancer with no chance of radical surgery; ③ KPS score ≥ 60 points; ④ Expected survival time ≥ 3 months; ⑤ Without strict center of gravity, abnormal lung, liver, and kidney functions; ⑥ Non grade II and above diarrhea (CTCAE v4.03 grade); ⑦ Having measurable lesions that meet the RECIST 1.1 standard; ⑧ Volunteer to join this study and sign an informed consent form;

排除标准：

① 合并其他恶性肿瘤； ② 合并严重心肝肾疾病及并发症； ③ 具有影响口服药物吸收的多种因素，如吞咽困难或肠梗阻等。患有吸收不良综合征或其他影响胃肠吸收的疾病，或患有活动性消化性溃疡； ④ 任何不稳定情况可能危害患者安全和研究依从性的情况； ⑤ 研究者判断依从性差或不能配合完成研究的受试者； ⑥ 研究者认为不适合纳入的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

① Merge with other malignant tumors; ② Concomitant severe heart, liver, and kidney diseases and complications; ③ There are various factors that affect the absorption of oral drugs, such as difficulty swallowing or intestinal obstruction. Suffering from malabsorption syndrome or other diseases that affect gastrointestinal absorption, or suffering from active peptic ulcer; ④ Any unstable situation that may endanger patient safety and research compliance; ⑤ Subjects with poor compliance or inability to cooperate in completing the study were judged by the researcher; ⑥ Other situations that the researchers believe are not suitable for inclusion.
