研究目的：

本研究将探索在经受严重脑损伤的意识障碍患者中稳态可塑性的保留情况，对稳态可塑性保留情况与意识的关系进行探讨；并根据稳态可塑性的定义，探讨联合刺激是否优于单独的刺激，为将来意识障碍患者的临床干预提供一个有前景的电磁联合刺激方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore the preservation of homeostatic plasticity in patients with consciousness disorders after severe brain injury, and to explore the relationship between the preservation of homeostatic plasticity and consciousness. According to the definition of homeostatic plasticity, whether combined stimulation is superior to single stimulation is explored, and a promising electromagnetic combined stimulation scheme is provided for the clinical intervention of patients with disorders of consciousness in the future.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

A.经CRS-R五次评估诊断为意识障碍的患者； B.发病时间超过28天； C.刺激前48h内未受中枢神经兴奋剂影响； D.刺激前24小时内未使用神经肌肉阻滞剂； E.靶点处皮肤、解剖结构完整； F.经爱丁堡利手量表验证为右利手

Inclusion criteria

A. patients was assessed as a DoC patient by 5 times CRS-R ; B. patients with disease onset more than 28 day ; C. patient not have been affected by central nervous stimulants for 48 hours prior to stimulation ; D. patient not have used neuromuscular blockers for 24 hours prior to stimulation ; E. skin and anatomical structure of the target are intact ; F. right-handed, as verified using the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory;

排除标准：

A.活动性癫痫发作，既往有精神疾病史； B.颅内有留置金属，颅骨缺损或修补； C.生命体征不稳定。

Exclusion criteria：

A. patients with active seizures or a history of mental illness ; B. patients with intracranial indwelling metal objects, cranial bone flaps, and skull defects ; C. patients with unstable vital signs.

由一名不参与干预实验的研究者使用EXCEL的RANDBETWEEN函数为30名被试每人分配一个1~6之间的随机数字，数字对应着6种不同的刺激顺序（阳极-阴极-假、阳极-假-阴极、阴极-阳极-假、阴极-假-阴极、假-阴极-阳极、假-阳极-阴极）。

A researcher who did not participate in the intervention experiment used EXCEL's RANDBETWEEN function to assign each of 30 subjects a random number between 1 and 6. The numbers correspond to six different stimulus sequences (anodal-cathodal-sham, anodal-sham-cathodal, cathodal-anodal-sham, cathodal-sham-cathodal, sham-cathodal-anodal, sham-cathodal-anodal, and sham- anodal-cathodal).
