研究目的：

通过探索尿氧分压与肾移植术后早期肾功能的相关性，评估其临床预测肾移植术后DGF的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

By exploring the correlation between urinary oxygen tension and early renal function after kidney transplantation, to evaluate its clinical value in predicting DGF after kidney transplantation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18到60岁，性别不限； 2.ASA（美国麻醉医师协会）分级I-III级； 3.拟全身麻醉下行肾移植手术； 4.对研究方案具有良好依从性； 5.受试者理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Male or female aged 18-60 years; 2.ASA grade I-III; 3.Kidney transplantation under pseudo-general anesthesia; 4.Good compliance with the research protocol; 5.The subjects understood and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.同种自体肾移植手术； 2.严重的肺部疾病FEV1<50%； 3.肥胖BMI>30kg/㎡； 4.妊娠期妇女； 5.精神状态不能合作者，患有精神性疾病、无自制力、不能明确表达者； 6.研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Kidney autotransplantation; 2.Severe lung disease FEV1<50%; 3.Obesity BMI>30kg/㎡; 4.Pregnancy woman; 5.The mental state is unable to cooperate,suffers from mental illness,has no autonomy,is unable to express clearly; 6.Other situations that the researcher considers unsuitable for clinical study.
