研究目的：

旨在研究RA的中医证候与HP的相关性，探讨HP对不同证型的RA疾病活动度影响、根除HP后RA病情改善情况及中医证候变化等。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose is to study the correlation between TCM syndromes of RA and HP, to explore the impact of HP on RA disease activity in different syndrome types, the improvement of RA conditions after HP eradication, and the changes in TCM syndromes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医诊断标准； （2）符合中医诊断标准； （3）年龄大于18岁；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Comply with Western medicine diagnostic standards; (2) Meet the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Aged over 18 years old

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准者； （2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （3）合并心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病； （4）重叠其他风湿性疾病如系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、严重的骨关节炎等患者； （5）有智力及认知障碍或年龄较大不能准确回答问题者 （6）合并严重感染、传染病（如乙肝、活动性结核）、肿瘤疾患； （7）因近期外科手术等影响关节功能者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Combined with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (4) Overlapping patients with other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, severe osteoarthritis, etc.; (5) Those who have intellectual and cognitive disabilities or are older and unable to answer questions accurately (6) Combined with serious infections, infectious diseases (such as hepatitis B, active tuberculosis), and tumor diseases; (7) Those whose joint function has been affected by recent surgery, etc.

All patients were routinely treated with methotrexate (MTX), leflunomide, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

常规给予甲氨蝶冷(MTX)、来氟米特、非甾体抗炎药治疗，抗 HP 组加用抗 HP治疗，所用药物:阿莫西林1.0g，每日2次，克拉霉素0.5g,每日2次，奥美拉唑20mg,每日2次，疗程2周。

Intervention：

Methotrexate (MTX), leflunomide, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were routinely given. The anti-HP group was additionally given anti-HP treatment. The drugs used were: amoxicillin 1.0g, twice a day, clarithromycin 0.5 g,2 times a day, omeprazole 20 mg,2 times a day,2 weeks of treatment.
