探索数字化技术在颌骨缺损精准修复中的应用流程，开展临床应用并评价其应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application process of digital technology in the precise reconstruction of maxillary and mandibular defects, carry out clinical applications, and evaluate its effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）上颌骨或下颌骨缺损； （2）至少剩余一颗前磨牙或磨牙可预备支托凹和导平面； （3）基牙松动不超过II度，牙槽骨吸收不超过1/2； （4）包括基牙在内的余留牙无牙体牙髓疾病或经过完善治疗，无不良修复体，无牙周病或牙周病经过治疗得到控制； （5）具备完全自主的行为能力和表达能力。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients acquired maxillary or mandibular defects (2) At least one remaining premolar or molar prepares the fovea and guide plane (3) The abutment tooth is loose, not more than degree II, and the alveolar bone resorption is not more than 1/2 (4) The remaining teeth, including the abutments, are toothless or well-treated, have no undesirable restorations, and no periodontal disease or periodontal disease is controlled by treatment (5) Possess the ability to act and express themselves completely autonomously

排除标准：

（1）上颌骨缺损伴上颌牙列缺失，或下颌骨缺损伴下颌牙列缺失的患者； （2）不能配合进行赝复体修复的患者； （3）不愿意参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Endentulous patients with maxillary or mandibular defects (2) Patients who are unable to cooperate with prosthetic restorations (3) Patients who are unwilling to participate in this study

在牙体预备导板试验中，将受试者进行编号（1到30，如果拟纳入30名受试者），每个编号受试者由项目组其他人员使用excel软件中【=RANDBETWEEN(1,100)】函数产生随机数（函数意思为随机生成1到100之间的数字），将随机数从小到大进行排序，前15名受试者将被分到实验组，另一半将被分进对照组。

In the tooth preparation guide trial, the subjects were numbered (1 to 30, if 30 subjects are to be included), and each numbered subject was generated by other members of the experimental group using the [=RANDBETWEEN(1,100)] function in Excel software (the function means to randomly generate numbers between 1 and 100), and the random numbers were sorted from small to large, and the first 15 subjects will be assigned to the experimental group, and the other half will be divided into the control group.

提前设计病历记录表，包含所有采集的指标。 所有采集的数据录入电脑进行管理和保存，采用双录入的方法，避免录入差错。 采用牛蛙科研（网页地址：https://www.newwa.cn/）作为本研究的临床数据电子采集和管理系统。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Design a medical record sheet in advance to include all collected indicators. All collected data is entered into the computer for management and storage, and the method of double entry is adopted to avoid input errors. Newwa Research (webpage address: https://www.newwa.cn/) was used as the electronic clinical data collection and management system for this study.
