研究目的：

探讨五行音乐与西方音乐疗法对于维持性血液透析患者情绪、睡眠等方面的效果  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of five elements music and western music therapy on emotion, sleep and other aspects of patients with maintenance hemodialysis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合终末期肾病诊断标准；②规律血液透析≥3个月；③年龄≥18岁；④知晓病情，自愿参与该研究且签订知情同意书；⑤能独立完成问卷填写或在研究者帮助下完成问卷填写；⑥意识清楚，听力无障碍；⑦医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）＞7分。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease; ② regular hemodialysis ≥3 months; ③ age ≥18 years old; ④ knowing the condition of the disease, voluntarily participating in the study and signing informed consent; ⑤ can complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of researchers; ⑥ clear consciousness and hearing barrier; ⑦ Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) > 7 points.

排除标准：

①合并严重并发症及病情严重无法配合者。②合并有意识障碍或精神疾病者。③肾移植、腹透及不配合研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①those with severe complications or severe conditions unable to cooperate. ②Combined with conscious disorder or mental illness. ③Renal transplantation, peritoneal dialysis and patients who did not cooperate with the study.

Blinding：

Due to the unique nature of music therapy, blind methods cannot be used on patients. The collection of questionnaire data for three groups of patients will be conducted by a research assistant who is not aware of the trial group, and the data statistician will also use blinding.
