研究目的：

（1）筛选出可用于鉴别儿童中枢神经系统感染不同病原的脑脊液转录组学标志物； （2）建立决策树模型，评价病原宏基因组学联合宿主反应在儿童中枢神经系统感染病原鉴别中的诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To screen the cerebrospinal fluid transcriptome markers which can be used to distinguish different pathogens of central nervous system infection in children. (2) To establish a decision tree model to evaluate the diagnostic value of pathogen metagenomics combined with host reaction in pathogen identification of central nervous system infection in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄：生后29天~18岁；②符合世界卫生组织（WHO）细菌性脑膜炎监测病例分类标准改良版或脑炎标准

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 29 days to 18 years old; 2. All enrolled children met the modified version of World Health Organization (WHO) classification criteria for bacterial meningitis surveillance cases or the criteria for suspected encephalitis cases

排除标准：

①自身免疫性脑炎病例；②肿瘤性疾病中枢神经系统受累病例；③留取脑脊液为血性脑脊液病例；④留取脑脊液量小于1ml患儿；⑤各种原因拒绝入组患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. cases of autoimmune encephalitis; 2. tumors with central nervous system involvement; 3. cases with bloody cerebrospinal fluid; 4. the volume of cerebrospinal fluid was less than 1ml;
