研究目的：

本研究旨在通过阅读文献与调研，在现有中文版THP的基础上，构建基于思维健康的围产期抑郁孕产妇数智健康管理模式，探索基于思维健康的围产期抑郁女性数智健康管理模式在中国的应用效果，包括对缓解围产期抑郁症状、改善焦虑症状、提高睡眠质量、提高社会支持感知的作用，及其对改善不良妊娠结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to construct a perinatally depressed maternal digital health management model based on the THP in China,and to explore the effects of the digital health management model in China, including its effects on alleviating perinatal depressive symptoms, improving anxiety symptoms, improving sleep quality, and improving perceptions of social support, as well as its effects on improving adverse pregnancy outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）计划在研究区域居住至少1年； 2）年龄18-45岁之间； 3）已婚； 4）孕周≥28周，＜35周； 5）爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale，EPDS）得分≥10分（若EPDS得分≥13，应由医院心理科专家判断孕妇是否适合入组）

Inclusion criteria

1) plan to live in the study area for at least 1 year; 2) be between the ages of 18-45; 3) married; 4) gestational age ≥28 weeks and <35 weeks; 5) Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score ≥10 (if the EPDS score is ≥13, a hospital psychologist should determine whether the pregnant woman is suitable for enrollment)

排除标准：

1）EPDS条目10得分≥1（表明了研究对象有一定的自伤风险，应该及时转诊到专业的精神科医生处进行进一步的判断）； 2）被诊断有严重的需要住院或门诊治疗的内科疾病，妊娠相关疾病（除了常见疾病，如贫血），身体或学习障碍，产后或其他形式精神病的孕妇； 3）在研究期间患有重病、死亡或迁居的孕产妇； 4）流产、死产、早产或先天残疾或其子代在第一年内死亡。

Exclusion criteria：

1) EPDS entry 10 scores ≥1 (which indicates a certain risk of self-injury to the study participant, who should be promptly referred to a specialized psychiatrist for further judgment); 2) Pregnant women diagnosed with a serious medical condition requiring inpatient or outpatient treatment, pregnancy-related illness (in addition to common illnesses such as anemia), physical or learning disabilities, postpartum or other forms of psychiatric illness; 3) Pregnant women with serious illness, death, or relocation during the study period; 4) Miscarriage, stillbirth, preterm birth or congenital disability or death of their offspring within the first year.

由非研究人员利用随机数字表产生随机数字，这些数字被隐藏,在按顺序编号和密封的不透明信封中，在母亲们给予知情同意并完成基线评估后，研究助理会打开信封再进行分组。具体操作是利用在线随机数字生成工具生成若干个随机数，然后利用excel软件按由小到大列出序号数，制成了随机序列数，决定前面一半进入干预组，后面一半进入对照组，并做好随机序列卡。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random numbers were generated by non-researchers using a table of random numbers, which were hidden in sequentially numbered and sealed opaque envelopes, which were opened by the research assistants after the mothers had given informed consent and completed the baseline assessment before being grouped. This was done by generating a number of random numbers using an online random number generator tool and then using excel software to list the ordinal numbers in descending order, a randomized sequence number was made and it was decided that the first half would go to the intervention group and the second half to the control group, and a random sequence card was prepared.
