研究目的：

1. 主要目标：评估中国MSM人群肛门部位HPV感染及癌前病变的患病率 2. 次要目标：评估不同HIV状态MSM人群肛门部位HPV感染及癌前病变患病率差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objectives: 1) To assess the prevalence of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in anal sites among men who sex with men (MSM) population. 2) To assess the burden of anal HPV-related precancerous lesions, including abnormal cytology and histopathology among MSM population. Secondary Objectives: To compare the prevalence of anal HPV infection and HPV-related precancerous lesions between HIV-positive and HIV-negative MSM population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁； （2）参与者为MSM，并在过去1年内与其他男性发生过主动或被动的肛交； （3）提供书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Participants ≥18 years old. (2) Participants must identify as men who have sex with men, have had active or passive anal sex with other men in the past 365 days. (3) Participants who provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）在过去6个月中接受过肛门上皮内瘤变(AIN)或其他肛门病变治疗； （2）有严重疾病史（包括恶性肿瘤、严重心脑血管疾病、晚期慢性病、深度昏迷、永 久性瘫痪、严重脑损伤、严重帕金森病和严重精神病等）； （3）正在参与HPV疫苗临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Treatment for anal intraepithelial neoplasia (AIN) or other anal lesions in the past 6 months. (2) Having other serious illnesses. (including malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, advanced chronic diseases, deep coma, permanent paralysis, severe brain damage, severe Parkinson's disease and severe mental illness, etc.) (3) Participating in HPV vaccine clinical trials.
